Real RAG with embeddings
Upload PDFs, TXT, CSV, MD or JSON. Automatic chunking, embeddings with gemini-embedding-001 (3072 dims). Only relevant fragments reach the LLM.

Detects the store and indexes the full catalog. The bot answers about prices, stock and descriptions. Nightly re-index via cron.

When the model emits the [CANT_HELP] marker at the end, the plugin strips it and opens an inline form. No prospect is lost.
