§ Automation with applied AI

Flows that run in production, not demos.

We automate processes with AI agents, RAG over regulations and service orchestration, with a full audit trail of every run and the data handling that Chile's Law 21.719 asks for built into the design. Implemented and running with clients in organic certification, accounting and cultural management.

§ 01 · four active lines

How we automate today.

These are the patterns we apply in real projects. Each one has live clients paying for the operation.

01

Vertical AI agents

Domain-specific conversational agents. Support for auditors in organic certification, legal-consultation assistants with source citation, administrative agents for producers.

Google GeminiOpenRouterCerebrasDjango integration

↳ In production: Bioaudita, ContabilidadVV

02

RAG over regulations and knowledge bases

Retrieval Augmented Generation with verifiable source citation. Queries to Chilean organic regulations, Law 21.719 compliance, internal corporate documentation.

EmbeddingsPostgreSQL pgvectorSource citationAuditable

↳ In production: Bioaudita ecosystem

03

Orchestrated flows that run without a schedule

Automatic processes connecting APIs, databases and external services. Acumbamail (email), WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram, Google Workspace, ticket-system integrations.

Celery + RabbitMQRedisCloud queuesWebhook listeners

↳ In production: Tcultura, Linki

04

Intelligent task assignment

Systems that distribute workload (auditors, human agents, resources) based on availability, specialty and business rules. AI assists; humans validate.

Constraint modelingRules + MLAudit trail

↳ In production: Bioaudita auditing

§ 02 · how we charge

Public prices, no consultative sales.

Exact quote after a 20-minute conversation. No surprises mid-project.

  • Initial setup · project

Discovery + integration + contextual training

    15 to 40 UF + VAT

Indicative: from 15 UF plus VAT for a base scope of one process and one channel. The final figure is set during discovery and depends on how many steps the process has, which channels are connected and the third-party integrations. This is not an offer. The 15 to 40 UF range applies to the base scope described above; a larger scope is quoted in the 40 to 80 UF range.

  • Monthly operation plan

    Hosting + iteration + support

from 20 UF per month + VAT

Indicative: from 20 UF plus VAT per month for a base scope of one standard server and the plan's technical hours. The final figure is set during discovery and depends on how many services are maintained, the infrastructure provider and the hours the month requires. This is not an offer.

  • Existing flow audit

    Technical diagnosis + improvement roadmap

    10 to 20 UF + VAT, discountable

Indicative: from 10 UF plus VAT for a base scope of the processes and systems already running. The final figure is set during discovery and depends on how many processes are reviewed, how many systems have to be examined from the inside and how much documentation is produced. This is not an offer. The 10 to 20 UF range tracks the depth of the review rather than the size of the project that follows.

§ FAQ

About automation

If your question isn't here, email us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

01 What is the difference between applied AI and traditional RPA?

RPA replicates a process step by step without understanding content. An AI agent understands text, documents, regulations and decides with context. At Bioaudita we use both: RPA for routine data sync, AI agents to validate documents against organic regulations and propose non-conformities.

02 When does it NOT make sense to automate?

When the process changes weekly and is not yet stable, when volume is low (less than 50 executions/month), or when legal responsibility requires direct human decision. We say so before quoting.

03 How is ROI measured?

We agree on metrics before setup: hours/month saved, errors avoided, response time to customers. We measure before and after. If they do not move, we rethink the flow.

04 Who operates the system in production?

Two models. (1) aGo operates and maintains, client pays a monthly plan. (2) Technical transfer to the client team with documentation, training and source code delivered. We tell you which suits you based on your internal team.

05 Does it comply with Chilean Law 21.719 on data protection?

The one who complies with the statute is the data controller, so that verdict is never ours to give. What we do is design the flows so the technical side holds up: audit trail, ARCO+ requests, granular consent and data minimization. For regulated sectors we also work against the specific frameworks (organic SAG, accounting SII, health as applicable).

What process in your company repeats the same person-hour month after month?

If it runs more than 50 times a month, it is almost always automatable. We agree on what to measure before we start. Let's talk.
