01 What does Chilean Law 21.719 require from a manufacturing company?
Manufacturers process worker personal data (ID, contact data, records, occupational health), suppliers and sometimes end clients. Under Law 21.719 (effective December 2026) they require privacy policy by purpose, declared legal basis (labor contract, legal obligation, etc.), ARCO workflow with identity verification, auditable RAT registry and, if they systematically process sensitive data (occupational health, criminal records), evaluate DPO designation.
02 Does aGo integrate with industrial ERPs like SAP Business One or Odoo?
Not by default. When the project requires it, custom integration via API or connectors is built. The layer we typically add is complementary: operations portal, shop-floor data capture, AI assistant. We do not replace the main ERP.
03 How much does a custom system for a plant cost?
Reference value: from 120 UF for an operations portal with private areas and basic data capture, from 200 UF if it includes mobile app with offline sync and AI assistant. 04 Does the system work in plants with intermittent connectivity?
Yes. Flutter mobile app with local SQLite storage and sync upon returning to coverage. Pattern applied in PuntoTrack for field audit in rural Chilean areas. For shop-floor web we use PWA with local cache when it applies.
05 Do you have public cases in manufacturing?
We do not have a published public case specifically in manufacturing as of May 2026 close. We apply patterns proven in other sectors (offline capture in PuntoTrack, AI assistant with RAG in BioAudita, client portal in ContabilidadVV) to the plant context.
