§ FAQ

Before writing

If your question isn't here, email us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

01 Why a form before booking a call?

To respect your time and ours. With the brief we reach your first email with UF ranges, similar cases and a concrete recommendation. If your case fits, in that same email we open a slot for 20 minutes by video. If not, we point you to someone who can help, without an unnecessary call.

02 Does the discovery call cost?

The discovery conversation (20 minutes by video) has no cost. It is offered only to cases that fit after we review your brief. For deep written technical diagnostics we offer a paid service that discounts from the project.

03 How long until you reply?

Under 24 business hours, person to person. If your case needs additional verification (RUT, site, sector) it may take one more day.

04 Do you work with clients outside Chile?

Yes, remote. We quote in USD or UF as you prefer. Communication in Spanish or English.

05 Why do you ask for RUT?

To issue a formal quote and invoice when we move forward. It is not an access filter. If you do not have a registered company yet, mark that option and the field hides.
