Scope

These terms apply to all mobile applications published by aGo lab on Google Play Store and similar platforms, including PuntoTrack (Bioaudita), TCultura Connect, and Data Cultura Studio.

License of use

aGo lab grants users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applications according to their intended function. Reverse engineering, redistribution and commercial reuse without written authorization are prohibited.

User obligations

• Use the apps lawfully and in accordance with the function they were designed for.
• Do not interfere with operation through unauthorized scripts, automation or modification.
• Comply with contractual conditions of the client that operates the data (Bioaudita, TCultura, Data Cultura) when the user is acting on behalf of those organizations.

Updates and availability

aGo lab may update, modify or discontinue applications at any time. Major incompatible changes will be communicated via the Play Store release notes.

Limitation of liability

aGo lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages derived from app use. Apps are provided "as is" with reasonable best-effort support for documented features.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Santiago courts.
