Eight categories with minimum prices in UF. These are reference ranges, not fixed rates. Final pricing depends on actual scope, which we map in a 20-minute no-cost conversation.

01 Why UF and not fixed CLP prices?
UF (Unidad de Fomento) is Chile's commercial reference unit, indexed to inflation. We quote in UF and invoice in CLP at the rate of the invoice issue date. Official UF rate published by SII at https://www.sii.cl/valores_y_fechas/uf/uf2026.htm. For international clients we invoice in USD directly at the reference value published.
02 Are the listed values fixed or referential?
Referential. Final price depends on scope, complexity and modules involved. There are simpler projects and considerably more complex ones. After a 20-minute no-cost conversation we define scope and deliver a formal quote in 24 to 72 hours.
03 How does the budgeted proposal work?
For projects above 200 UF, the detailed budgeted proposal has a referential cost of 20 UF. For projects below 200 UF, the proposal can be delivered for 10 UF. In both cases, the amount paid for the proposal is discounted from the final project value if accepted. It's a way to cover analysis time when the scope deserves prior study.
04 What does hosting + monthly support include?
Managed VPS with Docker Compose + Traefik setup, automatic SSL certificates, daily backups and basic monitoring. Includes 15 hours per month of technical support for maintenance, updates, minor adjustments and incident resolution. Additional hours are billed separately.
05 Which cloud providers do you work with?
Hetzner and Hostinger for standard VPS (most SMB projects). AWS, Azure and Google Cloud for projects that require specific hyperscaler services (multi-region high availability, managed services like RDS or Cloud SQL, integrations with same-provider products, enterprise compliance requirements). The choice depends on technical requirements and project complexity. Base price of 20 UF/month is reference for standard VPS; hyperscaler projects are quoted based on infrastructure.
06 What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer CLP, Flow.cl (card and transfer) and Stripe for international clients in USD. Electronic invoicing with SII Chile. Small projects (under 60 UF): 50% upfront and 50% at delivery. Medium: milestone payments 30/30/30/10. Monthly recurring: month in advance.
