Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't here, email us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
01 Why SQLite and not Postgres?
Each tenant has its own embedded SQLite via PocketBase. This gives physical data isolation, simple backups (one file per client), minimal latency and trivial operation. For 100 tenants it's more efficient than a shared Postgres with schemas.
02 How many tenants does it support?
Up to 100 tenants per instance (configurable BOX_MAX_TENANTS). For more volume, additional regional instances with load balancer.
03 Works with any frontend?
Yes. Box exposes a REST API and a client SDK. Used by Astro, Next.js, Hugo, Eleventy and similar sites. Integration takes as long as it takes you to paste the SDK.
04 How is nubiq.ai landing integration?
Box powers forms and subscriber capture for nubiq.ai landing (ARCO compliance, validation, export). Real production use case.
Your backend ready in minutes, not weeks.
Box is in production powering forms across several aGo sites.
