Scope

This privacy standard applies to mobile applications published by aGo lab on Google Play Store and equivalent platforms: PuntoTrack (Bioaudita), TCultura Connect, Data Cultura Studio.

What we collect

Only data essential to deliver the app feature. By app:

• PuntoTrack: organic-product label data captured during field audits. Synchronized to Bioaudita Cloud once the device returns to coverage. Data ownership remains with the operating certifier (Bioaudita).
• TCultura Connect: ticket QR codes and attendee data accessed during event check-in. Data ownership remains with the event organizer using TCultura.
• Data Cultura Studio: read-only access to cultural-impact dashboards published by Data Cultura. No collection on the device.

Permissions

Apps request only permissions strictly required by their function (camera for QR scanning, network for sync, storage for offline cache). No permission is requested for ad, contact, or location uses beyond what the operation requires.

Third parties

aGo lab apps do not embed advertising SDKs, analytics for ad targeting, or cross-app trackers. Cloud sync is handled by infrastructure owned by aGo lab or by the contracting client (Bioaudita, TCultura, Data Cultura) under contractual data-protection clauses.

User rights

Under Chilean Law 19.628 and Law 21.719, users have access, correction, deletion and objection rights over personal data. To exercise rights, contact [email protected] identifying the affected app.
