01 Is Hub for my SMB or do I need Chat?

If your company needs enterprise SSO, agentic native multi-channel, ARCO compliance with audit trail and multi-tenant with Stripe, Hub is your choice. If you are a SMB that wants a lightweight white-label chatbot installed on your infrastructure, Chat Nubiq is the right version.

02 Does it support SAML with my corporate IdP?

Yes. Hub integrates OIDC and SAML 2.0 with role-mapping. Tested with Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace SSO. Configurable per organization.

03 What if Gemini is down?

The circuit breaker detects degradation and automatically routes to the next configured provider (Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM, MiniMax). No perceptible downtime for end users.

04 Does it comply with Chilean Law 21.719?

Hub includes the required ARCO+ flows: export, portability, rectification, deletion, opposition and consent management. Full audit trail with timestamping for inspections.

05 How long does onboarding take?

Technical setup: 1 to 2 days for an organization with SSO. Knowledge base loading depends on document volume. The real curve is designing the agent and its skills, where we accompany the client.
