02 How many contacts does it support?
Depends on the SMTP provider used. With Acumbamail it supports large volumes with their pricing. The platform imposes no artificial limits.
03 WhatsApp Business or Cloud API?
Official Meta Cloud API. It's the option supported by Meta for legal mass sends without ban risk. WhatsApp Business personal app is not for mass use.
04 Self-hosted?
The stack is Docker Compose, so it can run on your VPS. We also operate it as SaaS depending on client case.
